Combining comfy spaces and modern facilities, this 200-year-old cottage with its original beams, wooden doors and character features is a calm and quiet place to put your feet up. Located just moments from the sea, Mousehole harbour and the coastal paths, Bethany is an outdoor explorer’s delight.
Master the fine art of relaxation in this quaint Cornish cottage that has everything you need for doing very little. Tinkle the ebony and ivory of the upright piano, relax with a good book, or sink beneath the bubbles in your giant corner bath. A multi-fuel stove means you won’t need any other heating to cosy up in the winter and in the outhouse there’s a tumble dryer and drying line for hanging washing, towels and beachwear out to dry.
Many of our guests comment on the fabulous layout of Bethany, and the dining room and kitchen are one great example - connected by a large serving hatch that’s perfect for easyservice and cosy conversations with the chef. Head out through the stable doors to the shared enclosed courtyard with a sunny paved patio area and outdoor table that’s perfect for a spot of al fresco continental breakfast.
Sink into crisp white linen in the double, twin or single bedroom upstairs and count sheep across original beamed ceilings before drifting off to the land of nod. There are two bathrooms, one with a large corner bath and the other with a power shower

"Great two weeks, perfect cottage feels like home. It's really hard to leave but hopefully be back next month! Thank you Lisa for looking after us so well. Please have a walk to Paul - the King's Arms is a must."
"We loved it here. Just the job and many thanks for the warm and friendly welcome! We managed to catch some fish in the harbour, the weather was very kind to us considering the time of year and we met some nice people. Thanks again."
"Had a lovely week in a lovely cottage, very homely, very comfortable, and quiet in Mousehole. Just what we all needed - a rest from work. Had some nice days out and some nice days in. Loved Sennen Cove. Lovely beach - Millie my dog loved it too."
